Your Role

The Quality Coordinator position is a junior role with significant development potential, offering ample opportunities for growth. With support from more experienced colleagues, you are expected to contribute with great engagement and a desire to both learn new things and achieve results.

The work is performed in close collaboration with partners within both the logistics organization and other operations. This is an independent role where you bear significant responsibility for steering and driving your own work based on ongoing and planned projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Handle and register quality deviations
• Escalate deviations according to established procedures
• Document root causes and conduct analyses with the aim of preventing recurring quality deviations
• Continuous follow-up and documentation of suppliers
• Analysis of quality deviations and supplier performance

Your Profile

We are looking for you with some experience in logistics, quality work, and/or purchasing. You should have a proactive approach, a structured way of working, and the ability to handle a constantly changing workday with many ongoing assignments simultaneously.

To succeed in the role, you need to be engaged, have a positive attitude, and a strong drive to achieve set goals. You need good analytical skills as well as the ability to solve and prioritize emerging problems, and make decisions regarding these independently. Since the role includes contact with several stakeholders and requires collaboration with them, it is important that you appreciate the ongoing dialogue and have good social skills.

You express yourself well in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English. The workplace is in Karlskrona.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Good ability to communicate both orally and in writing

Merits:

• Experience with Power BI
• Experience working in ERP systems
